Growing in the Gaps: Navigating Personal Change and Transformation

I needed to get personal.

As we transition from summer to fall, there’s a sense of conscious change. The leaves are starting to turn. The air feels more crisp. It’s change that can’t be avoided if you live in a place with all four-seasons.

There’s been a change in me, too. Today’s post on S•xual Health Wealth shifts from the usual content to something much more personal. The changes I’ve experienced in my life over the past three years and how they’ve impacted me, my work, and my sense of purpose.

I think there’s often an unspoken expectation and pressure of people in public spaces, particularly content creators and influencers, to share every moment of their life—the good and the bad.

I’ve spoken broadly about things going on in my life—a breakup, a career shift, moving back in with my parents—but I haven’t really given it space to breathe here.

The truth is, the combination of these experiences has impacted my journey, my reflection, and my healing. Collectively, it all impacts how I show up online.

Something I’ve always loved about myself is my ability to put pain to pen and make something of it that resonated with others. That’s my intention here, too.

Whether you’re in your own season of change, are feeling stuck in life, or are in the mood for transformative writing, today’s post, “Growing in the Gaps,” is for you. 🥀
