Affirmation: 2/11/2024

The person shaming me because I have herpes isn’t my soulmate. The person who ghosted me because I told them I have herpes isn’t ready for a deeper, adult commitment. The person who won’t get tested for STIs is grappling with internalized STI stigma.

It’s not my responsibility to “fix” or teach these people. I am worth SO MUCH MORE than unanswered texts and immature attitudes. I am worthy as I am.
