I’ve always written about my relationships (it came with the territory of dating a dating and relationship writer).

For the last two years, I’ve silenced myself. From fear. From disillusionment. From denial. From letting someone else’s version of reality overshadow my own.

Sobriety and therapy have given me the clarity to finally face these memories. To understand them. To write about them without drowning in them.
