Get tested, get tested, get tested. Educators and health professionals alike seem to scream this advice from the rooftops, but how do you *actually* get tested for STIs and know which ones to get tested for?!

There’s already a fear around testing because of the potential of what it means to test positive. Additionally, the landscape of options can be overwhelming and inaccessible. This could be due to cost, lack of insurance, lack of safety, and more.

This guide outlines the importance of STI testing in a world with rising STI rates, how to know what to be tested for, and testing options— as well as their pros and cons.
